웨스턴디지털에서 랩터 다음세대인 새로운 VelociRaptor를 출시하는군요.

기본적으로 10,000 RPM는 동일하지만 S-ATA II 인터페이스를 사용하는 것 같습니다.
또한 2.5인치 크기이며 위의 방열판은 3.5인치 마운트 프레임이라고 하니,
즉 방열판 장착시 3.5인치 하드디스크 드라이브랑 동일한 크기가 되는건가봐요..

300GB의 용량 및 16Mb의 버퍼 이구요.
5월 중순 300GB모델이 $299.99(미화)에 판매된다는 군요..
