[해외소식] Nvidia의 첫 55나노 데스크탑 그래픽 카드 : 지포스 9800 GT

 
VR-Zone은 처음으로 Nvidia가 비용을 줄이기 위해 65나노에서 55나노 공정으로 변환한다는 것을 밝혀냈고, 역시 우리는 55나노 공정 기반의 모바일 그래픽 GPU가 G94b와 G96b라는것을 이야기했다. 최초 55나노 G92b 코어기반의 데스크탑 그래픽카드는 Geforce 9800 GT 일 것이고, 이것은 GeForce 9900 시리즈와 함께 7월에 출시될 것이다. 명백하게(?), GeForce 9800GTS는 채널(리테일 시장인가용?)을 위해서가 아니라, OEM으로만 공급될 것이다.

VR-Zone first revealed Nvidia's plan to shift from 65nm to 55nm to lower costs and we have also told you a series of 55nm based mobile graphics GPUs based on G94b and G96b. Now we learned that the first desktop graphics card to be based on 55nm G92b core will be GeForce 9800 GT and it will be launched in July along with GeForce 9900 series. Apparently, GeForce 9800 GTS will be OEM only, not for channel.
